How To Block Unwanted Calls On iPhone iOS

Many iPhone owners expect that incoming call blocking is a built-in feature of the iPhone. Unfortunately, this is not the case. Such a feature is controlled at the provider level. Furthermore, most providers fail to offer call blocking to their customers. Providers that do often charge an exorbitant rate for this feature, such as AT&T in the US which offers a service called “Smart Limits” which includes call blocking but comes at a pricey $5 per month.

There are a couple solutions/workarounds that you can implement:
1) For those of you that are jailbroken, there is an app called iBlacklist that will allow you to filter incoming calls and SMS text messages. This is not a free app, but at it’s current price of $12.00 (one-time purchase), it can pay for itself fairly quickly vs. pricey provider solutions.

2) Don’t block calls, but silence them with a silent ringtone. This will still allow the calls to come through, but will silence the ring so you won’t even notice. To set this up, download this iPhone silent ringtone , import it into iTunes, and sync it to your iPhone. On your iPhone, add the number you want to block/silence to your contacts and set the silent ringtone as that contact’s custom ringtone.

Dell Streak is a highly customizable smart phone from Dell. Resetting is a procedure to bring a device to its original state. When a user reset his/her device it looks like when it came from factory so resetting sometimes called ‘factory resetting’. And resetting removes all user data from device. From the home screen, tap menu
Tap Settings and then Privacy
Tap Factory data reset
Now tap Reset phone
Enter password if required and then tap Erase everything to confirm

1. Press and hold the Power button and after that touch the Power off option on the screen to turn off the device.

2. at the same time press and hold the volume up button and volume down button.

3. With no releasing the volume buttons, press and hold the power button until the device displays the configuration screen.

4. Press the volume buttons to move the highlight bar on the screen to the Factory Reset selection.

5. Now Touch the Camera button to start the reset procedure.

6. And Wait for the phone to reboot.

Please keep in mind that sometimes hard reset may harmful for your mobile, so execute it if your device really needs it.

How to Hard Reset HTC Touch Dual

HTC TOUCH DUAL Factory Resetting:

1. On the Home screen, slide to the Settings tab and then tap All Settings.

2. On the System tab, tap Clear Storage.

3. Enter “1234” and then tap Yes.

HARD RESETTING HTC TOUCH DUAL BY BUTTON:

1. Pull out the stylus.

2. Turned on, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN and ENTER buttons, then press the RESET button with the stylus tip.
