How to hard reset Dell Streak
Dell Streak is a highly customizable smart phone from Dell. Resetting is a procedure to bring a device to its original state. When a user reset his/her device it looks like when it came from factory so resetting sometimes called ‘factory resetting’. And resetting removes all user data from device. There are two types of resetting one called ‘soft reset’ and another called ‘hard reset’ but many cell phone user call reset as many names such as ,factory reset, full reset, master reset, format, full format, full restore, master restore, full factory restore and so on. Many mobile phone company offer many way to reset their mobile. Sometimes you have to power on mobile and sometimes you need not power on phone. And here I will discuss you how to reset Dell Streak. Procedure:
- From the home screen, tap menu
- Tap Settings and then Privacy
- Tap Factory data reset
- Now tap Reset phone
- Enter password if required and then tap Erase everything to confirm
or
1. Press and hold the Power button and after that touch the Power off option on the screen to turn off the device.
2. at the same time press and hold the volume up button and volume down button.
3. With no releasing the volume buttons, press and hold the power button until the device displays the configuration screen.
4. Press the volume buttons to move the highlight bar on the screen to the Factory Reset selection.
5. Now Touch the Camera button to start the reset procedure.
6. And Wait for the phone to reboot.
Please keep in mind that sometimes hard reset may harmful for your mobile, so execute it if your device really needs it.

HARD RESETTING HTC TYTN BY BUTTON:
Press and hold the Left SOFT KEY and the Right SOFT KEY, and at the same time, use the stylus to press the RESET button at the bottom of your device.

How to Hard Reset HTC Touch Dual
Hard Reset Is a Resetting Technique Which Can Bring a Cell Phone To Its Original State When It Is Just Came From Factory; It Is Also Called Factory Resetting. There Are Many Reasons to Hard Reset a Cell Phone Such When a Cell Phone Becomes Very Slow, When Some Function Does Not Work, When Some Application Not Runs, When Some File Not Delete, When Application Not Uninstall And Many Unexpected Behavior By a Cell Phone.
HTC TOUCH DUAL Factory Resetting:
1. On the Home screen, slide to the Settings tab and then tap All Settings.
2. On the System tab, tap Clear Storage.
3. Enter “1234” and then tap Yes.
HARD RESETTING HTC TOUCH DUAL BY BUTTON:
1. Pull out the stylus.
2. Turned on, press and hold the VOLUME DOWN and ENTER buttons, then press the RESET button with the stylus tip.
3. Release the RESET button, but continue pressing the VOLUME DOWN and ENTER buttons until you see this message on the screen:
4. Release the VOLUME DOWN and ENTER buttons, then press the VOLUME UP button to perform the hard reset, or press any other button to cancel the reset.
